When my wheel was repaired and ready for pickup, it was 4:45 pm on a Saturday... Mike called me (even though they closed at 5) and made sure I could get my wheel back ASAP, by allowing me to pay over the phone and pick the tire up in parts on Sunday when Service was closed.
