The LED lights on a halo ring stopped working. Scott worked with me on getting it fixed and or replaced under the warranty. Scotts biggest concern was the amount out of pocket costs to me. Scott went above and beyond getting me a replacement halo and the broke halo fixed. He was successful with everything that he did for me.
