Platinum Maintenance Plan (PMP) Service
I'm not sure my first review went through so am sending another, abeit shorter one. Had my bike serviced on Friday, 20 Jan. Outstanding service by Rick. I've had Rick work on this bike since it was new. I like to have my bikes serviced this time of the year because I know the dealerships are not that busy and have the time to do the work with extra care. Brought the bike in for my 1000 appointment showing up at 0945. Dealership opened promptly at 1000. I was hoping to get out by around 1200 since I had another appointment. Scott quickly took care of paperwork even thought there were some computer issues, not his fault. I received regular updates while waiting and even had the service manager Mike come out to discuss.
